One and a half year ago the group took
the decision in order to be more flexible
to migrate a huge amount of
our workloads from our on-premises to Azure.

We already had migrated
around 50% of our workloads,
and even that we already
reduced 30% of our infrastructure costs.
Of course, we've also achieved
to minimize maintance time and
increase the availability of
our services due to the nature of Azure.
We also achieved some competetive advantages
from this migration of the workloads.
First of all, we became
more flexible and scalable.
We have the ability to response to the business
really fast to any need that will come to us.
We alsho have the ability to implement IT
solutions that go to the market very fast.
And of course the Applications Modernization.

HELPE Digital now has the capabilities and experience
to quickly deploy in-house laser focused applications.
Using Azure and Power Platform components we have developped
so far more than 25 apps and 100 Power Automate flows
that are already used by hundreds of our employees.
We have gradually automated the settlement of incoming
customer payments against the respective orders.
Proccessing of more than 1000 orders
used to take 2 to 3 days of manual work,
now it only takes 30 minutes, resulting in faster
responsing and increased cusomer satisfaction.

Thanks to Power BI we improved
transparency in our process perfomance,
allowing our people to focus on the right information.
Relevant, reliable and
accurate data is now just a click away,
improving our ability to make better educated decisions.
More than 100 dashboards with various types of datasources
are already in production across the organisation.

It was really amazing how fast we could enable
2000 colleagues to work from home
using the Microsoft 365 services like Teams and
SharePoint Online, and of course Azure Virtual Desktop.
From that period we digitally
empowered employees across six countries.
We have about 4 500 users accessing 3 000 000 emails and
500 000 messages via the Teams application per month.
