Previously, video conferencing at the workplace took quite a long time
to set up, because employees needed HDMI cables to connect
the video conferencing equipment to their laptop and other devices.

Over other products, we chose Microsoft Surface Hub.
Because it offered interactive collaboration that enabled us to control
everything including whiteboards and video equipment, using one device.
Through Surface Hub, PC screens can be quickly shared
on employees' devices wirelessly within 30 seconds.
Using various Microsoft solutions together such as Microsoft 365,
and Whiteboard, we were able to drive workplace efficiency, spending
less time on tasks such as organizing meeting materials.
In comparison to other brands’ equipment, the shift has generated
an estimated 15% savings, and we expect reduced maintenance costs, too.
In the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we also started
remote working as with other companies.
Microsoft solutions gave the scalability and flexibility that our
employees and executives needed to keep our business running smoothly.
10,000 employees and executives at home and abroad are now
collaborating with customers, using Microsoft SharePoint, and Team Planner.
And 1,500 employees and executives of headquarters feel that
Surface Hub has improved work efficiency.
