We aspire to become mobility and logistics services leader in the region and to become a leader, sometimes you need to make radical and innovative changes. Before our partnership with Microsoft. Our collaboration tools were old fashioned. We relied on face to face meetings, emails, phone calls. Our files were kept on premises, and if we wanted to share them with external partners, we had to go to our IT support and ask for help. It was hard to keep track of all the meetings and messages. Our main goal of digital transformation was to enable remote collaboration and streamline workflows. Our implementation was based first of all, of cloud-faced strategy and first steps into the cloud started within Microsoft 365. During the implementation phase, change management is very important. Here we got help from Microsoft and modern workplace evangelist Audrius Martinkus, who helped to create and implement change management plan. All employees participated in the transformation from the beginning. Every Thursday, we organized live training sessions for new users, and we ran it for about two years. When Covid-19 hit the world, luckily our employees had the Microsoft 365 products, and over the night, about 3000 employees started working remotely. Right now, approximately, whole company is working based on the cloud solutions. Everyone is using Microsoft 365. People like working with Microsoft tools. They can work on the same file, track changes, reach out to colleagues, collaborate, ask questions, get answers right away. New solutions according our calculations, help LTG to save around €5 million every year. Together with IT team and with our partners, we made a huge cultural change and now we can collaborate with each other much better with Microsoft 365 Tools. People feel much closer to each other. Our next steps in the cloud journey is to use more Microsoft products. We're actually using right now Power BI. We are adopting and working on power apps. And the power apps are actually going to help our employees to automate some processes and increase the efficiency. We are looking forward to continue our partnership with Microsoft.
